2020 Vendors
Vendors must provide OWN canopy and all equipment. Electricity is not provided. WIFI connectivity on the property is very limited and unreliable. Contact vendor coordinator for use of generators or special set up features.
Net proceeds from the event go to support Whittier Area Community Church community projects. Whittier Area Community Church is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. Tax ID No. 95-2698390
All Payments must be processed in full prior to promotional offerings of any level. Booth display items and marketing slogans are subject to pre approval. All set up locations and features are at the discretion and final determinations of the car show management committee. All give away raffle items must go through the car show raffle. The sponsor coordinator will communicate all set up locations and details by February 10, 2019.
Event management does not provide equipment of any kinds. Electricity and Wi-Fi connections are not available in the display booth locations. Music or PA systems are prohibited in individual displays locations and/or space provided in order to comply with city regulations for public safety. All set up requests and concepts must be coordinated in advance with event staff.
